    • Managed the full process from risk detection and public-opinion assessment to government reporting and product action, delivering every priority report within 24 hours of an incident or request.
    • Supported long-term anti-fraud coordination with MPS and MIIT, alerting product teams to emerging fraud risks and accelerating mitigation across core products; the work contributed to above-expectation results in a ministerial review, received written recognition from an MIIT taskforce, and placed multiple reports in internal government references.
  • Executive intelligence mechanisms for senior leadership
    • Established a monthly technology-industry briefing mechanism, gathering R&D progress and policy needs from laboratories and core business teams for executive decisions and central-government meetings.
    • Produced a series on US–China technology competition across AI chips, low-earth-orbit satellites and AI governance, assessing implications for industrial policy, regulation and company strategy; multiple reports were formally adopted by the MIIT General Office.
